Fear of Losing Control

Daniel managed his life carefully. Schedules, reminders, plans—everything was arranged to prevent surprises. Control gave him a sense of safety, but maintaining it left him anxious and exhausted.

When God invited him to trust beyond his understanding, fear resisted. Control felt safer than faith, even though it was slowly draining him.

Fear clings tightly; faith releases intentionally. Trust grows where control ends.

Key Verse:
“Commit your way to the Lord.” — Psalm 37:5
